Very impressed with the overall experience we had with Ultra. Their customer service was excellent, from the initial phone call (answered by a REAL person at 8 am on a Monday) to the attentiveness of everyone we encountered over the phone. We had a broken compressor and Manny came out the next day to fix it. He was real with his diagnostic visit, made suggestions for possible future problems and did a great job repairing our A/C unit. Ultra Air replace two A/C units for us a few years ago, and we've had a maintenance package since. Their expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness have always been fantastic. We just had Manny doing our spring/summer maintenance, and having him at the house was a fantastic experience. He was professional and engaging, and he did a great job cleaning and servicing our units.

OMG, finally a professional AC company. They gave me a minimum of 30 minute call before they arrived which is always appreciated because I hate hanging around for 4 hours for service techs to arrive. The technician was very thorough. He explained every detail to me. Afterwards made his recommendations which weren't the usual scams you get from most AC inspections trying to fear you into service. I like this company, their special was awesome, so I had my rental property as well as my personal property inspected. I am definitely going call on them for service as my first choice. 3

These guys are great! Second time in two or three years. Had great experience both times. This time they were called it was almost 5:00 PM. Anthony still checked out the air same evening. Had new part and repaired first thing in the morning. I have two small dogs and really appreciate the fast service, especially this time of year!

Ultra was awesome! They went above and beyond in the install. The Techs knew what they were doing and did it right. That is such a rarity these days when people care about the work they do. Manny has been my AC technician for two years. I selected this company when my AC went down in 2015. His knowledge skills and ability make him an excellent choice to service my AC they came out the same day when other companies said I am too busy. Ultra air did not charge any extra for the emergency. I highly recommend them and Manny to anyone who needs service. They won over my business for life.

David was very professional and gave great info on my unit and how to maintain proper maintenance. He gave info on ultra air conditioning services but was never pushy. He took his time and answered my questions that I had. I would definitely request him again.

My AC was not functioning correctly and barley putting out and cold air this morning. Called this company after calling multiple other companies in town. The were not only the cheapest but also the quickest to respond and send someone out (same day). The representative Aaron checked out my AC on the roof and identified some filters that were extremely dirty and were causing my problem and more than likely stressing my capacitor. I have had other companies come out in previous years and they did not let me know about these filters. Exceptional service and I will be calling them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

My AC broke down and within 30 min I had an appointment with Emmanuel. Less than 48 hours later he was at my house explaining exactly what went wrong. He fixed it immediately and explained what to look/listen for when things go wrong. He also offered great advice on future maintenance of the unit as a whole! Ultra Air Conditioning gets 5 stars from me, our technician Anthony did an outstanding job in repairing our Air Conditioner. Especially coming out on the 4th of July on such short notice, I highly recommend Ultra Air Conditioning for any A/C issues. Anthony was very pleasant and professional and answered all my questions.

These guys were great and I highly recommend them. If you have a few extra minutes, I have detailed my experience below. My A/C stopped working and a friend recommended these guys. They came out pretty quickly, refilled my refrigerant and told me that my 30 year old unit will probably need to be replaced soon but did not pressure me. I had to call them out again a few weeks later because the fan motor stopped working (as they told me would probably happen). I bought a new motor so I could have my A/C back right away and asked to be put in touch with someone that could talk to me about new units. They gave me a good price and deducted the cost of the motor they had just put in the old unit. I ended up needing a power upgrade (from 100 to 200 amps) to upgrade from a 3 ton to a 4 ton unit which took a few weeks but they still honored the original quote. Robert referred me to an electrician to help me through that process and he also ended up being a real pleasure to work with. The install was quick and clean. Everyone I interacted with, Manny, Rey, and Robert were a pleasure to work with. The city inspector came out a few days later and commented that they did a very nice job. Robert also handled all of the city permits, paperwork, and scheduling the inspection. He even mailed in all of my extended warranty paperwork for me.

Omar was fabulous as he did our annual inspection, he explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. He taped some things for us, changed our filter. Explained to us which filters we should be buying and alerted us of an upcoming maintenance issue. That’s not covered by our contract. He was polite, personable, and very thorough. Wish every service person that came to my homeless like this! We have used ultra air for some time now on our home and tour rentals. They are a top-notch company. Very responsive wonderful service. Highly recommend them.

I came across Ultra Air's service special while looking online for a business certified to perform an AC maintenance check as required by warranty. Lissette was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and scheduled my appointment in a flash. This was followed up with a text reminder of my appointment info. Nice! Anthony performed the service, arriving on time and calling ahead as promised. He wore a facemask and shoe coverings. He was friendly and polite. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough and not rushed. He explained what he was doing as he went along. Our unit is relatively new, so thankfully no repairs were necessary. He listed a few recommendations based on his inspection, but thankfully did not subject us to any high pressure sales tactics. He also provided flyers and briefly explained their service plan offers. I am always impressed when employees speak highly of the company they work for, and Anthony expressed pride in working for Ultra Air and the standards they set and training they provide. Their customer service is 'spot on'. And I definitely intend to purchase one of their maintenance plans!

This is a great company. Super friendly and amazing at customer service. A text is sent to my phone telling me when the tech. would be at my home. I had a new mini-split system installed in my casita. The gave me a good price, and quickly installed the new unit and they were gone. Great service and install guys.

Technician Adrian came out to my family’s home today to fix our AC issue. He was timely and very polite! He was kind enough to apologize for our last experience with the company. He was happy to explain everything that needed to be done and was patient enough to show us the process as he worked on our unit. Adrian also did the job alone. Which was very impressive. After fighting with my home warranty and another AC company for over a week trying to get my unit fixed, Anthony came out and was able to fix the other company’s work and get the unit running in less than a couple of hours. Anthony was very knowledgeable and kind. He told us exactly what was wrong with our unit and the price to fix. He offered us a maintenance plan for future repairs and in doing so offerd us a discount off of our repairs for today. Me and my fiance don't know a lot about AC units so it Was nice that he was able to explain everything and it was a good price for the reapirs. I Recommend them. They are a growing company but more people should really know about their great work.

AC went out today (105 degrees) and after finding paperwork from previous owner showing system 5 1/2 years old installed by Ultra Air I called them for help. Had Emmanuel R. (Manny) here within 3 hours. Friendly, courteous, Very knowledgeable, competent & efficient. (And Covid-19 compliant). Traced problem to a bad capacitor and replaced it immediately. Parts needed were on his truck. Fair & affordable. 2 thumbs up, a 5 star company. We also signed up for a twice a year maintenance program. With the heat and dust out here definitely recommended. I purchased an A/C unit in October of 2019. Unfortunately the compressor failed. Adrian was tasked with installing the new compressor. Although it took a week for the unit to arrive, he did a fantastic and professional installation under extremely hot conditions. He provided a complete explanation of all work done with photos.
