I just had David come to our house and conduct an A/C tune up and Heating unit Check. He was efficient and very nice! David even had to get to our heating unit which was not in easy access point, without any complaints! Explained everything to me in great detail and let me know about the services they offer. Definitely will be looking forward to be working with Ultra Air again in the future.

Technician Adrian came out to my family’s home today to fix our AC issue. He was timely and very polite! He was kind enough to apologize for our last experience with the company. He was happy to explain everything that needed to be done and was patient enough to show us the process as he worked on our unit. Adrian also did the job alone. Which was very impressive. From the woman who scheduled my appointment, to the gentleman (Anthony) who came out to diagnose the problem, to the two (brothers) who came to install of my new AC, I was totally impressed with Ultra! Bottom line every aspect of service from Ultra A/C was fantastic! Highly Recommend. The operator who I spoke to on the phone was professional and courteous, they were able to schedule me quickly and were very flexible to my schedule. The technician called me in the morning and let me know when I should expect him and stated he would call me 30 min before he was heading to my home. I had a new mini-split system installed in my casita. The gave me a good price, and quickly installed the new unit and they were gone. Great service and install guys.

AC went out today (105 degrees) and after finding paperwork from previous owner showing system 5 1/2 years old installed by Ultra Air I called them for help. Had Emmanuel R. (Manny) here within 3 hours. Friendly, courteous, Very knowledgeable, competent & efficient. (And Covid-19 compliant). Traced problem to a bad capacitor and replaced it immediately. Parts needed were on his truck. Fair & affordable. 2 thumbs up, a 5 star company. We also signed up for a twice a year maintenance program. With the heat and dust out here definitely recommended. I came across Ultra Air's service special while looking online for a business certified to perform an AC maintenance check as required by warranty. Lissette was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and scheduled my appointment in a flash. This was followed up with a text reminder of my appointment info. Nice! Anthony performed the service, arriving on time and calling ahead as promised. He wore a facemask and shoe coverings. He was friendly and polite. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough and not rushed. He explained what he was doing as he went along. Our unit is relatively new, so thankfully no repairs were necessary. He listed a few recommendations based on his inspection, but thankfully did not subject us to any high pressure sales tactics. He also provided flyers and briefly explained their service plan offers. I am always impressed when employees speak highly of the company they work for, and Anthony expressed pride in working for Ultra Air and the standards they set and training they provide. Their customer service is 'spot on'. And I definitely intend to purchase one of their maintenance plans!

He took the time to show me step by step what I need to monitor. And I very much appreciated his patience and time going over our system. I will call them again. Great group of people.

After fighting with my home warranty and another AC company for over a week trying to get my unit fixed, Anthony came out and was able to fix the other company’s work and get the unit running in less than a couple of hours. Thank you so much! The staff was so understanding and helpful when I booked. They even checked in to be sure we had a small temporary cooling unit we could use in the meantime. I appreciated the clear and easy communication - Ultra Air does great work!!!

I would highly recommend them to anyone. They made the whole process super easy. We had our ac unit and furnace replaced. The price was very competitive with other people but the deciding factor for me was the salesman Ryan. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have to say their service is outstanding. We had an issue with the unit that came in, it had the wrong coils. Instead of wasting time to order the correct coils and wait for them to come in they gave us a different unit that to me was an upgrade. This was all happening during COVID 19 and I have to say that all the employees wore protective equipment and face masks. Ultra is a really great company and you should definitely check them out.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and kind. He told us exactly what was wrong with our unit and the price to fix. He offered us a maintenance plan for future repairs and in doing so offerd us a discount off of our repairs for today. Me and my fiance don't know a lot about AC units so it Was nice that he was able to explain everything and it was a good price for the reapirs. I Recommend them. They are a growing company but more people should really know about their great work.

Very impressed with the overall experience we had with Ultra. Their customer service was excellent, from the initial phone call (answered by a REAL person at 8 am on a Monday) to the attentiveness of everyone we encountered over the phone. We had a broken compressor and Manny came out the next day to fix it. He was real with his diagnostic visit, made suggestions for possible future problems and did a great job repairing our A/C unit. My AC broke down and within 30 min I had an appointment with Emmanuel. Less than 48 hours later he was at my house explaining exactly what went wrong. THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ IF YOU WANT A FULL AND INFORMATIVE ONE. First off, I want to give a big THANKS to everyone at Ultra Air Conditioning. My A/C went out yesterday night. I gave them a call and the gentleman (forgot his name) told me the on-call guys would give me a call back within 30-40 mins. Sure thing, I got the call back. They told me they were booked for the night, but said they could do it first thing in the morning (7am). At 6:45am today, I received a call, that he was running late (which he was not, still 15 minutes left until scheduled time), but was a nice gesture. Anthony R. arrived on time as promised. He checked my unit, told me within 5 minutes that my fan motor had gone bad, proceeded to explain to me and SHOWED me the burnt out wires on it. He also informed me that my unit was 20 years old (as marked on the unit), which was from 1993 and said I was lucky my unit lasted this long. He said usually last 12-15 years. He explained to me that he could fix it for about $700, but also advised me that since the unit was so sold, such investment could be a waste since anything CAN and WOULD go bad in a few months to a year which would increase my expenses. He wasn't pushy and you can tell he was being honest and I've seen my unit for myself. So I figured I would replace the unit, because it really would be an investment in the long run and fully under warranty. He helped me with the app for a loan, I got approved and voila, a time was scheduled for today on the SAME DAY (about 2 hours after Anthony arrived). Rey P. and a white guy showed up and did an amazing job by replacing my thermostat, A/C unit, and furnace which took about 5 hours. Everything looks amazing and I am just so happy I have COLD air again. THANKS GUYS! You deserve all 5 stars.

We had a really bad experience with our home warranty company, it seemed they were in no hurry to get a repairman out to fix our unit and we were going to have to wait over a week without ac. I have a disabled sister that lives with me and that was unacceptable. We called Ultra AC ON A HOLIDAY and they sent Anthony out right away! He found the problem, fixed it and was out the door in a half hour! 5 stars isn’t enough for the great service we received and I will definitely be using Ultra ac again. I purchased an A/C unit in October of 2019. Unfortunately the compressor failed. Adrian was tasked with installing the new compressor. Although it took a week for the unit to arrive, he did a fantastic and professional installation under extremely hot conditions. He provided a complete explanation of all work done with photos.

OMG, finally a professional AC company. They gave me a minimum of 30 minute call before they arrived which is always appreciated because I hate hanging around for 4 hours for service techs to arrive. The technician was very thorough. He explained every detail to me. Afterwards made his recommendations which weren't the usual scams you get from most AC inspections trying to fear you into service. I like this company, their special was awesome, so I had my rental property as well as my personal property inspected. I am definitely going call on them for service as my first choice. 3

Ultra Air replace two A/C units for us a few years ago, and we've had a maintenance package since. Their expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness have always been fantastic. We just had Manny doing our spring/summer maintenance, and having him at the house was a fantastic experience. He was professional and engaging, and he did a great job cleaning and servicing our units.
