One Air Conditioning/Heating Tune-up each year!
Regularly: $119.00
20% off Refrigerant
Members will receive 20% off of R22 or R410A refrigerant while under plan. Refrigerant costs will continue to rise and this savings could be substantial.
24 Hour Emergency Service
Ultra Performance Club members will receive priority customer status. Priority status will offer you peace of mind should you need servicing.
20% off Labor Rates
Members will receive 20% off any future labor charges while under plan. These savings could be substantial during the life of the plan.
Free Condenser Coil Clean
Members will receive one free chemical condenser coil clean per year. Dirty condenser coils could greatly decrease your overall efficiency.
Fully Transferable
Members can transfer the program to the new homeowners if you sell your home. Members can transfer the program to your new home in town. Like for like.
20% off Replacement Parts
Members will receive 20% off any future replacement parts while under plan. Defective parts could lead to less efficiency and more costly repairs in the future.
No Trip/Travel Charge
Members will not be assessed any "trip charges" or "travel charges". Members will receive 20% off current regular service call rates.
Replacement Guarantee
