Your Health and Comfort are important to us and we understand that we provide an essential service while you shelter in place. As an approved essential service provider, Ultra Air will continue to serve our customers safely and with our employees and your health as a priority.
- Although most work is performed outside the home we will take precautions if we do enter your home.
- Ultra Technicians will wear protective shoe covers.
- Ultra Technicians will practice social distancing and keep at least 6 feet from you and your family members.
- Ultra Technicians will wear masks and gloves when communicating with you.
- If we touch any equipment inside your home, such as a thermostat, we will be wearing gloves and with your permission, we will sanitize the thermostat before we leave.
- If you do not want a hard copy of the invoice we can email you a soft copy.
- Payments can be made electronically from your home and a receipt can be emailed to you as well.
